A practical technologist with an operator’s perspective
Jason Bagwill is the founder and CEO of Ax Integrated, LLC, a technology and digital solutions company focused on custom software, digital infrastructure, and specialized technical projects.
Jason works at the intersection of strategy, design, engineering, and operations. His background includes full-stack web development, user experience and interface design, Linux server architecture, managed hosting, cybersecurity practices, communications systems, remote monitoring, IP camera infrastructure, cellular radio, and off-grid power support. That range enables him to consider the entire working environment—not only the code or hardware in isolation.
As CEO, Jason leads project discovery, solution architecture, implementation, client communication, and long-term technical support. He is especially drawn to ambitious or highly specialized projects that require original thinking, research, and careful integration across several disciplines.
His leadership experience extends beyond technology. Jason has held executive and senior roles in digital media, commercial property technology, marketing, sales, construction-related business development, professional audio, and nonprofit service. Across those positions, he has built teams, developed partnerships, created client programs, managed technical delivery, and translated complicated ideas into clear plans.
Jason’s approach is direct and hands-on: understand what the client is trying to accomplish, build the right system for that purpose, and remain accountable for how it performs after launch.
Jason is an active member in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with the current calling of ward missionary, is an active member of the Kern County BCA Pool League, and is an active member of the Kern County Central Valley Amateur Radio Club.
